- Park patrons must fill out registration form
- Speed limit is set at 5 mph and will be enforced
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am daily
- Camping fees are to be paid in advance
- 1 RV and 1 vehicle per space (2nd vehicle requires management approval and additional charges may apply)
- No storage under RV. Skirting of RV is only allowed if material is of the same material rv is made of or material specifically made for skirting of rv's.. Covering of tires, other than tire covers is not allowed
- Unregistered vehicles and vehicles violating park rules will be towed at owner's expense
- Non-drivable vehicles are NOT permitted on the park and will be towed at owner's expense
- No vehicle maintenance work is allowed on the park, including washing of vehicles
- No parking on adjacent spaces or on the road.
- No temporary or permanent structures, including storage or tents is permitted
- Fences are not allowed
- School bus, tow trucks, semi-trucks, boats, and other large commercial vehicles are not permitted inside park
- No smoking inside park building or outside the entrance/exit doors
- Hanging of clothes is not permitted anywhere in the park
- Camp fires and fireworks are not permitted
- Campsites must be kept clean and tidy at all times
- No soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing, or trading allowed in the park
- Sale of drugs and alcohol is not permitted on the premises
- Help us maintain a clean and tidy park by not littering. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner, including cigarette butts.
- Large trash cans are not allowed on your space. Dispose of trash bags directly in the park dumpsters
- Storage of trash/garbage in vehicles is not allowed
- Do not put food outside for animals
- Do not drink alcohol while walking or driving around the park
- Keep restroom and shower facilities clean
- Parents are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times
- Sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups
- No gardening is allowed, however small potted plants are allowed
- Please respect guest's privacy by not walking through occupied sites
- Please do not remove picnic tables from their sites
- Please close awnings and put chairs away when RV is unattended as winds do come up suddenly
- Every space will be checked periodically by management for compliance with these rules
- No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, use profane language, engage in violent behavior, or display or discharge a firearm or other weapon
- Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys park property or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace damaged items
- All guests of the renters are subject to these rules and regulations
- All complaints shall be in writing, signed, dated, and submitted to the office
- There is a $25 charge for each returned check
- Any monthly or weekly renters who are late on rent will be switched to a daily renter and pay the daily rates as posted, for every day late, until the rent is paid in full
- Any non-paying renter will be evicted immediately
- Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of park facilities or caused by others on the premises
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
- Park rules and policies are subject to change at any time by Management
- Failure to follow the rules are cause for eviction

- Pets must be kept on a lease, under control, and quiet at all times
- Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly
- Pets are not allowed inside any of the park buildings
- For monthlys one pet only, and all pets must stay inside the trailer

- Reservations may be canceled any time up to the date of the reservation
Refund Policy back to top
- Same day cash refunds if paid by cash. Credit card payments will be refunded to the card originally charged. Check payments will be refunded by check.
- For weekly and monthly there will be a pro rated check refund or credit card refund after all expenses are paid. Any remaining deposit will be refunded by check
